Bank of The West, in partnership with North Trail RV Center and United Way, donated an RV to a FMMA staff member displaced by Hurricane Ian!
After the storm, the United Way Community Partnership Schools team assessed the needs of FMMA staff and families and learned that several teachers had severe hurricane damage, and some were displaced. They helped stabilize those in need and continue to work closely with their partner agencies to provide disaster recovery.
A few weeks later, United Way received a donated RV. The RV was slated to help stabilize a family in need of housing and was gifted to an FMMA staff member displaced because of the storm. It was a perfect solution to the staff member's housing situation!
