If you are in need of food assistance for the upcoming holiday break, please fill out this form, which will sign you up for the Holiday Drive-Thru Food Distribution at First Assembly Cornerstone Ministries happening on Dec. 17th. (Please fill the form out only once per family). Please note that you will be expected to pick up the food items yourself.
Once you fill out the link, please then also email our School Social Worker Sandra Berry at [email protected]. She will need to send home with your student the vouchers that you will need to bring to the drive-thru food event.
The food distribution will take place at First Assembly Cornerstone Ministries, 2020 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd., Fort Myers, FL, 33916. If you wat to also pick up a toy as part of the Christmas giveaway, then your child/children need to be present.
