UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

GIRLS’ UNIFORM
Shirts:
, T-shaped shirt with a collar, 2-3buttons down a
slit below the collar, 2 slits on the bottom of either
side and an optional pocket. If shirt has more than
2 buttons, only the top 2 may be unbuttoned.
Short or long sleeved with a collar
Solid colors - may include a quarter size logo
SHIRTS MUST BE TUCKED IN, not "bloused"
or rolled up to appear to be tucked in.
If properly tucked in, the belt can be seen
without lifting the shirt.

Sweater:
Long-sleeve V-neck, crew neck, cardigan,
or sweater vest; solid colors only
Jacket:
Plain lined windbreaker
A hunter green jacket with our school logo
may be purchased at our school store.
Jackets/sweaters/sweatshirts must be the
correct size and worn properly, not tied around
the waist or worn backwards with only the
arms in the sleeves
Extreme weather wear:
Plain sweatshirts; NO writing or pictures
BOTH TO BE WORN OVER A REGULAR UNIFORM SHIRT
Slacks/Shorts:
Plain front or pleated front slacks with or without cuffs
NO JEANS, DENIM MATERIAL OR RIVETS
Khaki, sandstone, and navy
- No Cargo style pants/ shorts
-No Hip Hugger or Low Rider styles
-Short must be a walking style short which falls just above the knee
-No stretch material or spandex
-Cuffs of slacks may not be tucked into the socks or shoes
-Pant legs are not to be rolled up or cut to another length
-Belt loops are not to be cut off to create garments the does not require a belt.
NO SAGGING PANTS ALLOWED
MUST BE WORN WITH A BELT
Skirts/Skorts:
A-line or pleated, worn knee-length or longer with the shirt tucked in and a belt; no pockets at the hem (cargo-style)
Khaki, sandstone, and navy
Top of slit, if any, determines length of skirt
Footwear:
Sneakers or any other “enclosed” style shoe. No open toes or open heels, no Clogs
BOYS’ UNIFORM
Shirts:
Polo/golf style shirts - T-shaped shirt with a collar, max of 3 buttons
with a slit below the collar, 2 slits on the bottom of either side and an
optional pocket
Short or long sleeved with a collar
Solid colors - may include a quarter size logo
Long-sleeve Oxford style shirts:
Solid colors
Sweater:
Long-sleeve V-neck, crew neck, cardigan, or sweater vest; solid colors only
Jacket:
Plain lined windbreaker

Other:
No teeth grills
-Piercings are allowed only in ears
-No hair style or hair color that may be disruptive, as determined by the principal
-No tattoos that may be disruptive, as determined by the principal
-No hats, caps, bandanas, or sunglasses
No inappropiate language or advertisements will be allowed onany piece of clothing

Articles Likely to Cause Injury
-Clothing or jewlery could cause injury, such as chains, bracelets, rings, chokers with or without spikes or studs, wallet chaines are prohibited

SUGGESTED RETAIL OUTLETS FOR UNIFORMS:
J.C. Penney's Uniform Catalog, Beall's, Target, Sears, WalMart, K-Mart, Burlington (any store that carries PLAIN slacks and shirts with no logos or designs is acceptable)
